This is a 16-minute short about a burgeoning office friendship between a social recluse and a new hire, enabled by the chance recognition of a hidden hobby. Although the film didn’t win any screenwriting awards, I did write, direct, produce, and edit it, and it’s weird and stylish enough that I’m not embarrassed by it yet.

This was a great experience in managing a production team; I wasn’t allowed to pay anyone to help on the film, but I did rent some high-end gear and bring actors from New York to New Haven for a weekend, working for three 20-hour days in a row to get it done. Shot on the Arri Alexa, and made with the help of many wonderful and talented people.
